Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: We pick, pack, and hand off these orders to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on a weekend, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using dedicated cold-chain insulation and shipped only Monday through Thursday, so they are not left sitting in transit over the weekend.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

If your tracking information has not updated, or you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Because we work to dispatch orders quickly, processing begins soon after your order is placed.

• If you need to correct your shipping address or change your order, please email us within 1 hour of placing it at [email protected].
• We will make every effort to honor your request, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the address can no longer be changed.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We take responsibility for getting every order to you in good condition:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives spoiled, compromised, or damaged because of a shipping delay, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
